Refund policy

At Mini Muse & Moulds, we take great care in creating, packaging, and shipping our handmade products to ensure they arrive safely and in excellent condition.

Refunds or replacements are only available if your order arrives damaged. If you receive a damaged item, please contact us within 7 days of delivery and include your order number along with clear photographs of the damaged product and any relevant packaging. Once we have reviewed the information provided, we will determine whether a replacement or refund is appropriate.

We do not offer refunds, returns, exchanges, or replacements for change of mind, incorrect purchases, shipping delays caused by postal or courier services, or minor variations in colour, finish, or appearance. As each product is handmade, slight differences between items are normal and are not considered defects.
